MET Institute of PGDM hosted the National HR Conclave 2026 on 24 October 2026, commencing with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony symbolising knowledge, wisdom and collective purpose.

A key highlight of the conclave was the Speed Mentoring Session, featuring 16 HR experts across 10 interactive rounds. The session enabled students to engage directly with industry professionals and gain practical insights into talent acquisition, organisational development, leadership, talent management and workforce digitalisation.
The conclave reinforced MET Institute of PGDM’s commitment to experiential learning and industry-academia collaboration, providing students with valuable corporate perspectives and a deeper understanding of contemporary HR practices.
