The HR Club of MET Institute of PGDM organized an enriching session on Organization Development (OD) conducted by Jiel Narvekar, Head of HR at Ottobock.
The session provided students with a strategic understanding of OD as a systematic approach to enhancing organizational effectiveness and managing change. It explored the alignment of people, processes, structure, and culture with business strategy, while also examining the evolving role of OD in the context of digital transformation and agile organizations.
