MET Institute of PGDM organised an Outbound Training Program for the first-year PGDM students of the 2026–28 Batch from 3rd to 6th August 2026 at Nature Trails, Kundalika (Kolad) and Nature Trails, Sajan (Vikramgad).
The program, themed “Jungle Out There”, was designed to provide students with an experiential learning environment beyond the classroom. Expert trainers from WooshBiz conducted a series of team challenges, cooperative simulations, strategic brain games, physical tasks and problem-solving activities that encouraged students to apply management concepts in real-time situations.
Through these activities, students developed and strengthened key professional competencies including leadership, teamwork and collaboration, communication, decision making, problem solving, adaptability and resilience, trust building, time management, and strategic thinking under pressure.
The program also featured a range of adventure activities, including kayaking, ziplining, high ropes and Burma Bridge, allowing students to step outside their comfort zones, overcome challenges and build confidence while working collaboratively with their peers.
The outbound training initiative provided students with an opportunity to learn through participation, reflection and experience. By combining management learning with adventure and team-based activities, the program contributed to developing resilient, collaborative and industry-ready future professionals.
