MET Institute of Management successfully conducted PACER 2.0 from 4th - 6th August 2026, a comprehensive assessment programme for MMS 2025-26 students across Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations, designed to strengthen their placement readiness and professional skills.

The programme included a workshop on CV Preparation and Interview Readiness, along with domain specific workshops for each specialization. Students participated in Aptitude and Domain Tests, Mock Interviews conducted by industry experts, Live CV Assessments, Writing Assignments (Generic and Domain specific), Group Discussions (Generic and Domain specific), and Extempore Rounds (Generic and Domain specific). These activities provided students with a realistic recruitment experience, practical exposure, and valuable insights into industry expectations.

The successful execution of PACER 2.0 was made possible under the leadership and guidance of Dr. Nilesh Gokhale, Director (I/C), MET IOM.

Sincere gratitude to Dr. Manmeet Barve, Dean (Academics), MET IOM for the ideation and conceptualization of the initiative, and Mr. Sachin Joshi, Assistant Professor, MET IOM for his seamless execution and coordination throughout the programme.

We also express our heartfelt appreciation to all esteemed faculty members for their valuable guidance, support, active involvement, and contribution towards the successful execution of the various activities. A special appreciation to all the participating students for their enthusiasm, active participation, and willingness to experience a realistic recruitment process.
