On 25th March 2026, MET AMDC conducted an insightful POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training session conducted by Dr. Neeta Mhatre.
The session highlighted the importance of fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture, while creating awareness about legal frameworks and redressal mechanisms under the POSH Act.
Through practical examples and clear guidance, students gained a deeper understanding of professional ethics, appropriate workplace behavior, and the significance of accountability. The session served as a valuable step towards preparing students for responsible and ethical professional environments.
