A Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Workshop was conducted for the MCA students of MET Institute of Computer Science (MET ICS) by Dr. Harshada Mulay, Associate Professor, MET Institute of PGDM on 10th October, 2026. The workshop focused on promoting respect, understanding personal and professional boundaries, and creating awareness about the prevention of sexual harassment.
Through engaging group activities and reflective exercises, students explored the importance of consent, appropriate behaviour, mutual respect, and maintaining safe and inclusive environments. The interactive session by Dr. Harshada encouraged students to reflect on their responsibilities in preventing harassment and fostering a culture of dignity, equality, and respect in academic and professional settings.
