Under the Mentor-Mentee Scheme of the IIC, Innovation Ambassadors of MET Institute of Management, Mr. Shailesh Sargade, Mr. Rohit Mohite and Ms. Ria Patnaik conducted workshops on “Process & Prototype Design & Intellectual Property Rights & IP Management for Startups” at Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Studies & Research Belapur CBD and Indira School of Business Studies, Pune in the month of April 2024.
The workshops aimed at enhancing participants' understanding and proficiency in process design, prototype development, and intellectual property management, fostering their ability to innovate strategically and protect their creative endeavours.
Participants learned about the tools and techniques for transforming ideas into tangible and testable products. They also explored various strategies for designing efficient and scalable processes that align with business goals. Additionally, they discussed practical tips for managing IP that can help startups not only protect but also monetize their intellectual assets.
