The MET Institute of PGDM, in collaboration with the MET PGDM Marketing Club and the Institution’s Innovation Council, organized an enriching guest session on the thought-provoking topic “The Need for Responsible AI: Which is Important – Invention or Innovation?” on 10th November 2025. The session was conducted by Dr. Joseph Emerson Raja, Assistant Professor, FET, Multimedia University, Malaysia.
Dr. Raja captivated the audience with his deep insights, engaging storytelling, and practical perspectives on the role of ethics in artificial intelligence. Through interactive discussions and relatable examples, he highlighted the importance of balancing technological advancement with social responsibility.
The session was not only informative but also highly interactive, encouraging students to reflect on how innovation can be both impactful and ethical. Dr. Raja’s dynamic delivery and thought-provoking approach left participants inspired to think beyond conventional boundaries of invention and innovation.
