MET Institute of Computer Science organized an informative Guest Session on Microsoft Azure, conducted by MCA Alumni Mr. Sachin Vettiyattil, Lead Engineer – DevOps, QBurst, to provide students with practical insights into Cloud Computing and Azure Technologies. He explained how Azure enables organizations to build, deploy, manage, and scale applications and services using cloud infrastructure.
The session covered fundamental concepts, Azure services, computing and storage solutions, networking, databases, security, and application deployment. Students also explored Azure applications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, and Application Development.
He also helped students to understand career opportunities in Cloud Computing. Overall, the session was highly informative and enriching.
