MET Institute of PGDM hosted an insightful session exploring how ESG and sustainability are reshaping the future of Human Resources. Ms. Renjini Liza Varghese highlighted the growing role of ESG in talent acquisition, pay equity, ethical leadership and workplace culture.
Through industry case studies and interactive activities, students gained practical insights into emerging competencies such as ESG literacy, green workforce planning, data-informed decision-making and transition management.
The session offered valuable perspectives for HR and Operations students to understand how strategic HR practices can contribute to building responsible, sustainable and future-ready organisations.
