In today's competitive world, stress is a common challenge for management professionals. But here's a solution: just 15 minutes of daily Pranayama and Meditation practices can make a huge difference.

During the PGDM induction program Batch 2023-25, the workshop on ‘Stress Management through breathing and Pranyama’ was conducted by Ms. Mandeep Anand, a Biology professor with 15 years of experience. She's not only an expert in her field but also associated with Bramhavidya, where she's taught over 7000 students the art of breathing. Ms. Anand guided the students about developing a positive habit for themselves along with its benefit to balance career, health & mental well-being.
