MET Institute of Pharmacy (Diploma) organized a comprehensive two-day Skill Development Training on 27th and 28th January 2026, in collaboration with GTT Foundation, Pune, with the objective of equipping students with essential personal, interpersonal, and professional skills required in today’s competitive environment. The training was conducted by Ms. Apurva C. Oak, an experienced soft skills trainer, who guided students through structured and engaging sessions on self-awareness, personality development, effective communication, public speaking, presentation skills, goal setting using the SMART framework, critical thinking, and assertiveness.
The programme also emphasized professional behaviour, resume and CV writing, LinkedIn profile development, interview preparation, and SWOT analysis, enabling students to enhance their confidence, improve employability, and plan their career paths effectively. The interactive sessions, enriched with group discussions and practical activities, made the learning experience impactful and meaningful.
