MET Institute of Management hosted the Mumbai Regional Round of the “Women Who Master Hackathon 2026” on 8th August 2026, in collaboration with Logitech & Aspire For Her.
The hackathon was conducted across 8 locations throughout India, with MET Institute of Management proudly serving as the Venue Partner for Mumbai.
The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Ms. Madhura DasGupta Sinha, Founder & CEO, Aspire For Her; Ms. Ruchita Tandon, Chief Growth Officer, Aspire For Her; Dr. Swati Lodha, Director, MET Institute of Management; Dr. Manmeet Barve, Dean - Academics, MET Institute of Management; and Mr. Rishi Nath, Official Guinness World Records Adjudicator, followed by the ringing of the ceremonial bell. Ms. Ruchita Tandon then addressed the gathering, welcoming the participants and setting the tone for an inspiring day of innovation, creativity and collaboration.
The event also marked an official Guinness World Records® attempt, celebrating women in technology, creativity and innovation. Logitech & Aspire For Her, achieved a landmark initiative by bringing together women across India to celebrate GenAI, innovation and the power of women in technology.
