MET Institute of Pharmacy (Diploma) celebrated World Pharmacist Day with its D. Pharm. students on 26 September 2026, highlighting the significance of the pharmacy profession and the responsibilities of pharmacists in healthcare.
As part of the celebration, students participated in the Pharmacist’s Oath, reaffirming their commitment to uphold the values, ethics and responsibilities associated with the profession. The oath emphasised the important role of pharmacists in promoting the safe and responsible use of medicines and contributing to better healthcare outcomes.
The activity encouraged students to reflect on their future role as healthcare professionals and inspired them to carry forward their responsibilities with sincerity, professionalism and dedication.
The celebration concluded with a renewed commitment among the students to serve society and contribute meaningfully to the healthcare system.
