These encouraging lines from the book “Classic Drucker” give us an idea regarding the tremendous potential, enormous opportunities and enviable vibrance of the modern business world that offers various career options to the young generation. The time is ripe to derive maximum benefit, provided one is professionally qualified, focused and determined to achieve one's goal. It is time to dream about achieving impossible thing and yet achieve it. The young generation in India is particularly lucky as India is at the threshold of becoming an economic superpower and therefore they can gain a lot, provided they are industrious, innovative and result oriented.

No wonder Vince Lombardi had said, “The quality of a man's life is in direct proportion to his commitment to excellence, regardless of his chosen field of endeavor.”

At MET Asian Management Development Centre we attach a lot of importance to commitment to excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship and analytical approach. We try to groom the students as per needs of the corporate world. Subjects are chosen keeping in view the present day requirements of the industries. We lay a lot of emphasis on knowledge base, practical industry experience and personality development including soft skills. Through Rural visits and Industry visits we enable students to have on the hand industry related training as well as knowledge about vast rural Indian market and rural India where approximately 70% people stay.

The programmes at MET AMDC are special autonomous programmes with enhanced e-business inputs including salient aspects of e-commerce, which will highlight the e-empowerment to understand and control the latest technology and business strategy. We also train students to use online trading facilities for stocks. Each student is provided with a complimentary laptop.

An ISO 9001:2001 certified institution, MET has been ranked 13th in South Asia Inc. magazine and Business India ranked MET as ‘A++’ grade business school in 2007. We also encourage students to participate in various indoor, outdoor sports and yoga etc. MET World of Music (MWM) is an unique place where students can listen to any kind of music on touch screen concept. It provides musical meditation.

At MET AMDC we also encourage our students to promote social upliftment. The social project 'Vidya Setu' (knowledge bridge) a UN approved social welfare project has been launched to help students assist needy and destitutes.

Our aim is to develop our students to meet the global challenges keeping in view the multilingual, multicultural and multiracial environment. Our students go on study missions to UN and countries like China which help them get their first hand experience regarding global business.
