The Management education is comparatively new in India and therefore is continuously undergoing some positive changes to improve the quality, keeping in view the fast changing international business scenario. The aim is to achieve better class participation, modify the examination systems and eventually impart more knowledge to the students making them more knowledgeable as well as employable.

At MET AMDC we teach the management students to tackle the unknown, to manage the unknown, as managing the unknown is truly the essence of management. Because in every sphere of our life few things happen as per our plan, there is always uncertainty and changed circumstances which needs modified plan and improvised execution, to tackle unforeseen eventualities. We train, teach and groom students to be innovative, courageous and ready to deal with any exigencies in real life or professional life.

eMBA programme, as the name suggests, is a special autonomous programme with enhanced e-business inputs including salient aspects of e-commerce, will e-empower students to understand and control the latest technology and business strategy. This course is being conducted for last 16 years. The programme has been redesigned and modified to include 6 certificates, each based on modular system covering three months. This will enable us to have longer period for specialisation, adequate period for general management subjects, industry visits and industrial projects as well as better planned placement activities. We also train our students to use online trading facilities for stocks. Each student is provided with complimentary laptop.

An ISO 9001:2008 certified institution, MET has been ranked 13th best B School in South Asia by Asia Inc. magazine and Business India ranked MET as 'A++' grade B School in India. At MET AMDC, we also encourage our students to promote social upliftment. The social project Vidya Setu - Knowledge bridge for societal bonding, an UN approved social welfare project, has been launched to help students assist needy and destitutes.

We also take special interest for the student's personality development, communication skills and soft skills to enable them to suit the requirement of the modern corporate world. The fantastic infrastructure at MET, it's massive outdoor and indoor sports complex combined with crash courses on Yoga, Meditation etc, provides exceptional edge to the students. The unique MET World of Music (MWM) provides a musical paradise where the students can really relax and enjoy the music of their choice, during their leisure.

Our aim at MET is to mould the management students into good professional business managers as well as good and responsible human beings. Ethics, values, EQ & SQ therefore assume great importance in our daily curriculum. We attach great importance to practical training, industry visits, rural marketing visits and live industry projects. Each subject is taught in great detail covering theoretical, practical, case studies and project presentation to ensure proper knowledge on the subject. It is heartening to note that major and reputed industry houses take lot of interest in our students and have been coming to our institute for campus placement. The international placement is also increasing every year.

At MET AMDC we prepare the students to face the challenges of the global industries and business houses with courage, empowered by their excellent knowledge, values, ethics and proper grooming. We do encourage them to think out of box, dream big and try to achieve the impossible, and make them excellent business leaders of future. The students however are advised to keep updating their knowledge to excel in future as Peter Drucker said “Knowledge has to be improved, challenged and increased constantly or it vanishes”.
