MET Schools of Management organized the MET Alumni - HR Meet on September 12, 2009. Over 30 HR alumni from the full time and executive management programs gathered to share their views on recession and its impact on HR. The meet was launched with a speech by Prof. Vijay Page, Director General – MET IOM, Brig. (Retd.) M K Nag, Director – MET AMDC and Prof. Sangeeta Tandon, Head – Corporate Academia Interface – MET. Alumni shared their views and experiences which helped students understand the market scenario better. The alumni also agreed to mentor the students for projects and other academic activities. Shweta Belai from Piramal Healthcare, Anita Arun Walambe from Citibank, Namit Bhavsar from Oberoi, Bhushan Parekh from CRISIL, Manish Pardasani from Global eProcure, Sharvari Salvi from Mukand Ltd and Saloni Shah from Prabhudas Liladher were few of the Alumni who attended the meet.
