Music Therapy Convocation - 2012

On April 23, 2012 MET Institute of Alternative Careers hosted the Convocation Ceremony of the Certificate in Music Therapy for its third batch of graduating students at the MET Convention Centre. Chief Guest Shrimati Anuradha Paudwal well-known playback, classical and bhajan singer, Shri. Pankaj Bhujbal, Trustee – MET, Pt. Shashank Katti, Head - Music Therapy and Prof. Vijay Page, Director General – MET IOM graced this occasion by lighting the traditional inaugural lamp. Students of Music Therapy current batch shared their views and experiences of their learnings. The ceremony was presided over by Shrimati Anuradha Paudwal who presented graduation certificates to the passing students of Music Therapy. She addressed the audience of the benefits of music therapy and narrated a few interesting anecdotes that would reaffirm one’s interest in the healing power of music!
