Wellness for Balanced Success

Deepa Vaswani is a successful media professional and strategist has discovered mystic knowledge about Yoga Mudras and implemented it in her life. She has helped people around her to overcome physical, emotional, and psychological problems using life changing Mudras as a revolutionary concept in the field of wellness. In her workshop with the Mass Media students at MET, she taught on how to handle the tough stresses of the media world through simple Yoga Mudras. In her interesting talk she said, "It's the answer and solution to wellness in today's fast pace life… and believes in natural ways to heal oneself".

She first demonstrated and taught the students the Atmanjali Mudra, Chin Mudra etc to promote clarity, harmony, and balance and created tremendous positive vibes and help build concentration power, improved sleep pattern, increases energy in the body.
