	Paresh Chaudhry, CEO - Madison Communications, PR Wing delivered a highly engrossing and Interactive Session on 'Advertising Outlook of 2013 & Synopsis of Public Relations in India'. He was felicitated by Pankaj Bhujbal, Trustee, MET and posed for a group photo with staff and students of MET IMM.

Strategic Communication Hemant Kenkre, Senior Strategist from Hanmer MS & L addressed the Advertising students at MET IMM. Having over decades of experience in devising communications strategy, he enlightened the students with his knowledge and experiences about the Crisis Management. He was overwhelmed with the interaction and expressed his desire to engage students in more such sessions in the future.

	Anurag Kashyap The New Year has brought lots of landmark moments at the MET Institute of Mass Media. Early January ’08, the Entertainment students used their networking prowess and shone at the Pune International Film Festival. They managed to strike an excellent rapport with award wining director Anurag Kashyap and got a special invite to the screening of his unreleased film 'Paanch'. Anurag Kashyap visited MET IMM for VIP guest lecture.
Madhur Bhandarkar Award winning filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar visited MET Institute of Mass Media. He was extremely impressed with the student films and his interactions with the faculty team left a lasting impact.
	Roll! Action! Cut! Veteran Film Director – Rahul Rawail (Director of Betaab, Arjun, Love Story and Arjun Pandit) shared his thoughts with the Entertainment students on August 5, 2008 at MET IMM. He analyzed the cult film ‘Arjun’. He also shared his thoughts on Ad Film making and Feature Film making with the M4 - batch. more>>
International Student Exchange 25 students visited MET on an International Student Exchange Programme. The students were Tablers from International Round Table, England and visited MET under the Young Ambassadors Programme. The students were mainly from Europe - England, Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria.  The idea was to showcase the world-class infrastructure facilities and intellectual capital housed at MET. The students had insightful interactions with Prof. Sushil Bahl, Former Director - MET Institute of Mass Media and noted film director & MET faculty - Vikas Desai..
Kathiravan Pethi	Workshop on Interpersonal Relationships Internationally renowned trainer Kathiravan Pethi from Grooming Dales facilitated a short workshop on Interpersonal Relationship for the students. He took the students through role-play and explained how individual personality traits of individuals affected the thinking, emotions and actions of people in their relationships.
Creative Aerobics Workshop Professor Linda Correll, Faculty from Department of Advertising, University of Florida, USA Facilitated a half-day workshop on 'Creative Aerobics' for the Advertising students at MET Institute of Mass Media. She has developed the concept of 'Creative Aerobics' a new creative ideation system that uses exercises for the left and right brain for maverick ideas and solutions in advertising. Ravi Shyam, CEO - Media Training Worldwide, India Training in action  - Facing the media	Managing the 'Spotlight' Ravi Shyam, CEO - Media Training Worldwide, India conducted a two-hour 'media training' workshop. This practical session shed light on various aspects and fine points of facing the media. Advertising students from MET Institute of Mass Media received practical tips on functioning as Senior Corporate Managers in an organisation. Mr. Shyam elaborated fundamentals of facing media and demonstrated using a video film, live recording, video playback & role play.

Sajid Khan	Sajid Khan delivers an interactive session Sajid Khan was here for an informal tete-a-tete with the budding film maters at MET Institute of Mass Media. In his trademark tongue-in-cheek humorous style, he led the interactive session and shed light on the existing film making styles and trends. He explained the nuances involved in selling one's skills and talents to correctly exploit the film market. more>>

John Mathew Mathan	John Mathew Mathan @ MET Noted film director, John Mathew Mathan held an interactive session on film-making at MET Institute of Mass Media. He spoke about his upcoming projects. He also shared his experiences as a film-maker. He highlighted the trials and tribulations film-makers experience while making a film especially with respect to fund-management, celebrity management, research etc. .
Former Channnel [V] head honcho @ MET Amar K Deb, Former Head - Channel [V] delivered an interactive session on ‘thinking out of the box' at MET Institute of Mass Media. He addressed the pertinent question: In the crowded world of Indian cable television, channels across segments are in a mad race for eyeballs; so how does one appeal to the largest possible audience? Cancer Cures Smoking	Cancer Cures Smoking In order to familiarise students towards social & health causes, MET IMM invited the NGO 'Crusade against Tobacco' (CAT) for a special sharing session. Vincent Nazareth, from CAT shared valuable insights on 'Harmful effects of Tobacco' in an interesting and interactive manner.
