Sharp Entry of M6 Batch

The M6 batch of MET IMM was given a hearty welcome on August 09, 2010. These future media professionals were taken through an intensive induction programme spread over seven days. The sessions were thoughtfully planned to give students a preview of what lies ahead for them in the mass media industry. Apt and immensely beneficial modules on -What to expect, The art of asking questions, How the Indian economy has evolved, Personal grooming, From graduation to post graduation were few of the topics delivered by industry experts. This was complemented with specialised industry centric talks on - The world of advertising / journalism / entertainment, Mediums in mass media – Radio / TV / Print. An open forum to encourage exchange of thoughts between the management and students was highly appreciated. This induction concluded with the Freshers Party, that led the M6 batch into the rigorous world of study, assignments, projects, presentations, preparing them to meet the future challenges of the dynamic mass media industry.
