Workshop on Cultural Sensitivity

MET Institute of Management (MET IOM) exhibits sensitivity to changing social and cultural demands. In alignment to this mandate the HR specialization MMS (Master of Management Studies) students conducted a workshop titled 'Dealing with Difficult People' for auto rickshaw drivers from Bandra. The workshop equipped them with effective communication tools and techniques to handle difficult stakeholders.

"Learning by Doing" method involves learning in a project centric way. It aimed at giving a hands-on experience which helped the students understand the various facets of designing and conducting a workshop. Conducted under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Farida Virani, this workshop was a part of the students' internal assessment for the subject of Training and Development.
