Editor - Young Explorer is the brain child of Manoj Mahanta. Thirteen years of hardcore media experience ranging from advertising to marketing to PR to event management to journalism! That's what his bulging portfolio encompasses. He has been Senior Reporter: Features ( The Indian Express ) for four years, the PR Consultant for various Indian and multinational companies for five years.

Shobha Tawde, Assistant Editor of Young Explorer is a journalist from The Indian Express, Special Pages. A financial whiz, Shobha holds an M.A. in Economics. She has worked as a research analyst in the Investment Intelligence Department at CMIE (Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy) for three years. She has also worked as a part-time lecturer for Managerial Economics at S.I.E.S., Mumbai.
Noel Fernandes, Asst. Editor of Young Explorer last worked with The Indian Express as Correspondent – Special Features. Prior to that, Noel was associated with Construction World as a Reporter. He has also worked in Paris Gallerie, a Dubai-based publication as Sub-Editor cum Reporter.

Sachin Thote, the creative brain behind the magazine holds a government diploma in Applied Art from Abhinav Kala Maha Vidyalay, Pune. He was earlier working for Jahnavi Infotech as Web designer and Animator.
Surendra Chawre, the illustrator is a post-graduate in Applied Art from the Sir J J Institute of Applied Art. A gold medallist at a National level 'On the spot painting' contest, Surendra is a creative masterpiece.

Santosh Sawant, the Event Manager is the mainstay of all events organised by Young Explorer. With over nine years experience in mass media and journalism, Santosh is a born performer with a flair for all forms of creative art.
Sharad Deorai, Whatever said and done, Sharad's resilience and pleasant personality make him a true performer. He has been responsible for making the magazine immensely popular in the suburbs of Thane and Dombivali.
