Completed application form along with the Cheque / DD must be submitted to MET - Richfeel Institute of Trichology before the programme commencement.
The Cheque / DD should be made in favour of ‘MET-Richfeel Institute of Trichology’, payable at Mumbai.
The Degree / Diploma Programme will commence in the month of January / July.

Form Submission
Please fill in the form with neat legible handwriting using CAPITAL letters (except for Email ID).
Do not leave any fields blank and mark NA wherever not applicable.
Mention the correct STD code.
Incomplete forms/incorrect information will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
The original documentary evidence is a must in support of the following information:
Date of birth
Work Experience
Educational Qualification & Mark sheets.(All the documents need to be attested).
Acceptance of the form is subject to submission of attested photocopies of necessary certificates/ mark sheets (Details in admission form).
Passport size photographs should be affixed on the place indicated in the application form.
General
Purchasing the Trichology prospectus is mandatory and does not guarantee admission.
If the information disclosed in the form is found to be incorrect the Institute has all rights to disqualify the candidate.
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances and must be paid in full before the commencement of the course.
The Institute reserves the right of refusing any application for the above mentioned programme.
Candidates canvassing in any form for admission will be automatically disqualified.
In case, due to exigency of situation, the Institute is required to change the schedule or other parameters, such changes will be displayed on our website which shall be considered as final.
The Institute will not be responsible for any act of God that may result in delay of submission of the admission form. In such cases the Institute will not refund the form fees or any other expenses incurred by the student.
The decision of the Admission Committee on all admission matters is final and binding on all candidates.
