Programme Outline
The Degree programme covers 12 modules over six months.
Module 1 –Trichology (Introduction)
Module 2 - Body Systems
Module 3 - Chemistry
Module 4 - Hair & Scalp
Module 5 - Applied Trichology
Module 6 - Microscopy
Module 7 - Nutrition
Module 8 - Trichological Procedures & Hair Shaft Problems
Module 9 - Hair Loss
Module 10 - Scalp Disorders
Module 11 - Trichological Preparations
Module 12 - Electro Therapy

One book titled ‘Diploma in Trichology’ contains the above Module 1, Module 2 and Module 3.

Training & Examination:
Six books containing twelve modules will be handed over to the students for self-studying. After completion of self study, lectures will be given of sixteen hours duration. In addition to this one hundred hours of clinical training will be given at MET - Richfeel Trichology Centre under the guidance of Certified Trichologists approved by I.A.T., Australia.

The exam will be conducted by I.A.T. & Richfeel alumni and the answer sheets will be sent to I.A.T., Australia for evaluation. The Degree Certificate will be awarded to be the qualifying student.

100 Marks - Theory in two sections A & B to be examined by I.A.T., Australia and Richfeel Alumni.

50 Marks - Practical Training which will be conducted by certified Trichologists approved by I.A.T.

The Degree Programme commences in the month of January and July every academic year.

Richfeel shall provide assistance for placements to deserving candidates.
