Research Presentation at APTICON ‘09

Dr. U B Hadkar, Director - MET Institute of Pharmacy presented the abstract and summary research paper titled ‘Separation of Atenolol and Nifedipine from the marketing formulating, using Centrifuge Chromatography’ at the 14th Annual National Convention of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, Jodhpur on October 3 & 4, 2009.The research paper presentation was organised by Lachoo Memorial College of Science & Technology - Pharmacy Wing. A pharmacist comes across a large number of preparations which contain more than one drug. This method can be used to separate quantitatively the drugs in formulation. The paper presented received appreciation from some of the best known pharmacy stalwarts.
