Go to website www.met.edu. Click “Apply” button and register yourself with Name, Email, Mobile No. and Qualification. Select Discipline-Management and Programme- PGP uMBA for admission process. You will be redirected to http://eduworld.met.edu. Verify OTP received on registered mobile and email. Make online payment of application amount Rs.3600 (US$ 60 for international students) through a credit card / debit card / net banking. On successful payment you will receive an email with Registration Code as User Name and Password with online link to login and fill the Online Application form. Scan and upload all relevant documents, photo and signature. You will receive a confirmation email once it is done. Your application and documents are reviewed for completion & accuracy; additional information may be sought if required.
Upon review of your application, you may be asked to appear in Online Entrance Test & an e-Interview. You will be notified over email for a schedule of test & interview soon-after application review, with an advance notice of 1 to 6 days. Students having valid scores of GMAT / GRE / CAT / MAT / MHCET / Other National Management Aptitude Test, may receive a waiver for the PGP uMBA Entrance Test.
Final Results shall be announced over email students along with an Admission Confirmation & a letter with next steps.
Candidates selected for PGP uMBA shall be required to pay Registration Amount of INR 50,000, as an advance instalment to secure your seat and also give a commitment to pay balance tuition fee (for Quarter 1 & 2), as per schedules mentioned in the offer letter, failing which, the offer may be passed to the next eligible candidate.
Pay the remaining amount 2 weeks before PGP uMBA Orientation Dates (Quarter 1 & 2) & get Official Student ID & Schedule. Report to campus at least 2 days before, with all original documents uploaded earlier.
Upon successful completion of Quarter 1, and alongside your study of Quarter 2, your progression papers will be processed, for USA /Europe Campus Study. You’ll be guided thru this process. USA /Europe Campus Fee Payment will be required 7 weeks before session start.
If you are not a resident of Mumbai, you may take assistance from MET (at Mumbai) for residential arrangement during your study period here. Cost will vary depending on room-type & location of the accommodation.
Please note that the mode delivery of learning modules will be normally classroom based. But due pandemic regulations online/blended mode teaching may have to be followed both at home as well as international locations depending upon the ground situation.
You'll need documents such as a Valid Passport, and Letter of Admission Acceptance to PGP uMBA Program. You are advised to do Indian Visa & Travel Arrangements well in advance, as applicable. You will be assisted with applicable documents needed for visa applications. You are responsible for maintaining your visa status as required by law, while you are in India & USA/Europe for relevant program modules.
