Vigilance Cells - IOP Degree

As per the directives issued by the AICTE and DTE, Vigilance Cells - the Anti- Ragging Committee, the Women’s Harassment Redressal Cell and the Grievance Redressal Cell have been constituted by MET’s Institute of Management, to address grievances of students and employees. In case, the students or employees face any issue in this area in the context of the institute, they can approach the cells, as per the nature of their problem.

PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING ONLINE GRIEVANCE

• Students / Staff / Parents and Other stakeholders can fill the google forms through the website and submit them.
• The google forms will be accessed by the College Grievance Redressal Committee.
• Member Secretary - College Grievance Redressal Committee, will consolidate all the grievances received and will call special meeting in case of urgent matter or will discuss the cases in monthly meeting and will dispose the grievances. If required, a hearing will be arranged and concerned person will be called for hearing.
• Member Secretary, College Grievance Redressal Committee will make minutes of the report of disposal of grievances and maintain the record
• Course Coordinator will prepare the report on the disposal of grievances, and take the approval of the Principal.
• The reply will be sent to concerned person for his / her grievances
• The College will maintain records of all the grievances received and their settlement.
