• College Life at MET – IOP (Diploma)

College life is a time when a student transitions from being a teenager to becoming an adult. It can be a time of excitement and growth, filled with many new experiences, opportunities and challenges. College life can offer students a unique learning experience; also provide them with the skills and knowledge they will need to become successful in life. In search of a diploma college I came across MET - IOP , a prestigious college of diploma pharmacy in Mumbai. Initially, I was impressed with the infrastructure of the college; the ambience gave me a soothing vibe, which made me more confident about my career option.

The admission got done, but because of the terrible COVID-19 situation around the city, the offline schedule didn't started. This was a bit uneasy for me to handle the studies online. Though we had online classes but the efforts of the teachers made everything easy. Our teachers helped us throughout the journey without hesitation to make everything easy.

The seniors had organized a fresher’s party for us, which was truly a tough grind.

We also had an online council meeting of the FY and SY D Pharm. Although everything was online, the celebration of the Republic Day was mesmerizing due to the efforts put in by the staff and students. The MET faculty is very polite and cooperative.

Here comes the end of the online era, I was as excited as I got the news of the offline schedule. I was nervous since it was the first day, but it was a memorable one. I found some good people that were ready to help me at any time of the moment till date. Then I went to see the canteen where I got to know about the recreational centre which gave students a chance to build their confidence, it had indoor games, a music room which was occupied by musical instruments including tabla, guitar, piano, mic, speaker, etc. The Recreational center gave many opportunities to meet new people, make lasting friendships and create valuable connections with faculty and staff.

College life is what you make of it, so make sure to get involved and enjoy everything it has to offer. With the right mindset and drive, there's no limit to what you can achieve in college.
