Ms. Ritu Tuli had completed her Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Management Studies in
Finance, and Master of Commerce in Accountancy from University of Mumbai, and is
pursuing her PhD in Management from the same university, and had accumulated over 15
years of total professional experience, comprising postgraduate management education and
corporate roles in investment banking and corporate finance. She had worked on various
corporate mandates including Mergers & Acquisitions, GDR issues, IPOs, Amalgamations,
and Debt Syndication. Her academic interests and areas of specialisation had included
Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, Fundamental Analysis, and
Project Finance, which she had effectively integrated into teaching, research, and
curriculum design through case studies, projects, real-world market applications, NSE-
affiliated courses, and live Bloomberg trading sessions. She had mentored students on
projects and careers, facilitated NSE-affiliated courses, trained students in live Bloomberg
trading, and had actively contributed to academic progression, research orientation, and
career development. Prof. Ritu had made significant scholarly contributions through
publications in refereed journals, paper presentations at academic conferences and
seminars, research supervision, and continuous engagement in faculty development
programmes.
In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities, she had contributed to institutional
initiatives including serving as Head – Alumni Relations & Student Council, contributing to
Examination Department and developing online examination platforms, accreditation-
related documentation as IQAC and ISO committee member for NBA processes, and had
received professional recognitions such as World Book of Records (overnight Bloomberg
trading session), ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification, multiple NSE certifications,
along with roles as paper setter, moderator, assessor, and external panellist for university-
level academic evaluations.
