CA Dr. Das Shyamsundar is a seasoned academician and finance professional with over 28 years of experience in economics, finance, and management education. A Fellow Chartered Accountant and PhD in Economics, he also holds qualifications including MPhil (Economics), MBA (Finance), MA (Economics), and MA (Criminal Laws & Forensic Science), along with certifications in Forensic Audit, GST, and CSR.
He currently serves as the Director at the MET Institute of PGDM, Mumbai, and is also an active practitioner specializing in corporate valuation, forensic audits, and social impact assessments. A PhD guide, author, and speaker, Dr. Das has significantly contributed to academia and industry, with expertise across sectors such as IT, hospitality, logistics, telecom, education, and healthcare.

Dr. Vaishali Kulkarni

Dr. Vaishali Kulkarni is a seasoned academic professional with 34 years of combined industry and academic experience, specializing in quality management, strategic planning, and implementation. She has led both national and international accreditation processes, while also improving educational and administrative systems and policies to promote organisational excellence.
Dr. Kulkarni holds a PhD in Knowledge Management, an MBA in Marketing and HR, and a Master’s in Computer Management (MCM). Additionally, she is a Certified Scrum Master, a KPMG Design Thinking Certified Practitioner, and has earned a certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School. She has provided consultancy and executive development services to corporate and educational organizations in the fields of HRM, Quality Management, and Design Thinking.

Dr. Jyotsna Munshi

Dr. Jyotsna Munshi is an accomplished academician with over 27 years of professional experience, including 24+ years in teaching and 3 years in industry. She holds a PhD in Management from University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Electronics from Bhopal University.
Her teaching expertise spans General Management and Analytics, with a strong case study–based pedagogy and hands-on exposure to analytical tools. She teaches Business & Research Analytics and Marketing Analytics and has mentored 100+ students in career guidance, projects, and life skills.
A prolific researcher, Dr. Munshi has published over 25 papers in reputed journals and conferences and has contributed to faculty development programs (FDPs) and institutional operations. She remains actively engaged with industry and corporate relations.
Her accolades include being a Gold Medallist in her Master’s program, Industry Champion Awards, and Best Research Paper Awards. She is certified in Business Analytics from IIM Kozhikode and is a Life Member of the Higher Education Forum (HEF).

Dr. Rashmi Sreejit Nair

Dr. Rashmi Sreejit Nair holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management and a doctorate in Entrepreneurship Management. She is a certified Entrepreneurship Educator, having completed professional development programs from IIM Bangalore in collaboration with the National Entrepreneurship Network and the Wadhwani Foundation, as well as the Entrepreneurship Educator Development Course from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
With over 20 years of academic experience, Dr. Rashmi is an Associate Professor in Business Management and has demonstrated strong expertise in teaching and curriculum development in Marketing, Entrepreneurship Management, and General Management. She has been associated with several reputed business schools as a visiting faculty for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs. Known for her innovative pedagogical approaches, she is highly appreciated by students for creating engaging, learner-centric classrooms. Her mentoring skills contribute significantly to fostering a positive learning environment and driving students’ academic and professional success.
Dr. Rashmi has mentored Ph.D. scholars and has published approximately 20–30 research papers in reputed national and international journals. She has actively participated in multiple international research conferences as a presenter and session chair. Additionally, she has undertaken around six funded and sponsored research projects.
Her consultancy and industry engagement include recent work with the MET–IKKAI collaboration on a Central Government project for MPEDA (Marine Products Export Development Authority). Over the past two years, she has also facilitated Management Development Programs on Teamwork, Communication, and Trust for IndianOil Adani Ventures. She has been closely associated with MAVIM (Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal), an organization under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of Maharashtra, contributing to impact assessment research and facilitating Entrepreneurship Development Programs.
Dr. Rashmi is the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Emerging Entrepreneurship Educator Award from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, in association with the Wadhwani Foundation. She has also received the Social Leadership Award for Social Entrepreneurship through ENACTUS by Mahindra ARISE, the Higher Education Forum’s Innovative Pedagogy Award, and the IES & The Economic Times Case Study Award. Recently, she was appreciated by IIT for her role as an Entrepreneurship Advisor to the MET-PGDM team and had the honor of serving as Chair for the International Research Conference at SIES.

Dr. Harshada Mulay

Dr. Harshada Mulay is a seasoned academician with over 25 years of experience in management education and 5 years in the IT industry as an HR professional. A double postgraduate in Arts and Management and a Doctorate in Emotional Intelligence, she is also a certified ICF Life Coach, Spiritual Intelligence Coach, and POSH Trainer.
With 29 research papers published in national and international journals, Dr. Mulay is a recipient of the Dr. Ram Tarneja Award from the Bombay Management Association. Her expertise includes NLP, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Positive Intelligence, and Youth Coaching. She has actively participated in numerous seminars and conferences in India and abroad, contributing to the academic and personal growth of young minds.

Dr. Pushkar Parulekar

Dr. Pushkar Parulekar holds a Bachelor in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Management Studies (Finance) from the NL Dalmia Institute. His doctoral thesis focused on market efficiency and how it affects retail investors in the field of Indian capital markets. He has over 19 years of experience, including almost 14 years of teaching at some of Mumbai's most prestigious business schools. He has held positions at several of the nation's leading investment banks, including Anand Rathi Financial Services and Edelweiss Capital. Financial Modeling, Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Derivatives and Risk Management, Fixed Income Securities, Perspective Management, Mutual Funds and Alternative Investments, Management Control Systems, Advance Financial Management, and Financial Markets & Institutes are among the subjects he has taught in educational institutions. His classes are deeply insightful with students looking forward to his experiences and expertise. He has eighteen papers published in reputable national and international journals. He has won many best paper awards individually and as a co-author with students. To name a few, he received the second-best paper prize In the PATHH 2016 Research Paper Competition in St. Francis Institute of Management & Research (SFIMAR). For the academic year 2015–16, he received the SFIMAR Best Research Paper award. He received the first prize for Best Paper Presented at the SIFICO 2019 conference. SIFICO was an international conference on finance held at K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research. His paper titled "Evaluation of Semi- strong form of Market Efficiency theory based on Event Studies- (Study to find out Semi- strong form of Market Efficiency for selected two events (i.e. Stock Split and Bonus Issue) in selected four companies in Period of 2004-16)" won first prize at the conference on March 7, 2020, at Sasmira Institute of Commerce & Science. His paper titled “Evaluation of the day of the month for Systematic Investments in Nifty Index Funds” won the third best paper award in the conference held at Xavier Institute of Management & Research on 11th October 2025.

Dr. Anand Singh S. Rajawat

Dr. Anandsingh S. Rajawat is an academician and marketing professional with over 15 years of combined teaching and industry experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing Management, is MH-SET qualified in Management, and has completed MMS in Marketing along with a B.Sc. in Botany. He has taught at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels at reputed institutes as a full-time as well as visiting faculty. His industry exposure includes work in the consumer electronics and pharmaceutical sectors, which adds practical depth to his classroom teaching. His core teaching areas are Marketing and Organisational Behaviour, and he strongly believes in experiential learning methods that connect theory with real- world application. Over the years, he has taught subjects such as Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, International Marketing, and Organisational Behaviour. He has published research papers in ABDC and UGC-listed journals and regularly upgrades his skills through Faculty Development Programs, including ATAL FDP on Design Thinking and programs on research writing, case study development, and gamification in teaching. At the institutional level, he has contributed as a member of the Board of Studies, Convenor of the Institutional Innovation Council, worked towards NAAC accreditation, served as an NSS Programme Officer, and actively participated in various academic and administrative committees.

Dr. Garima Bansal

Dr. Garima Bansal is an experienced academic professional holding a Ph.D. in Management and an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management, with specialization in Finance and Services Management, M.COM, B.COM. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor, teaching core and advanced management subjects of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, and Economics, with a strong focus on outcome- oriented and student-centric learning. She is actively engaged in research and scholarly activities, with many publications in ABDC, UGC-listed, and SCOPUS-indexed journals, and serves as a Reviewer and Editorial board member for reputed research journals. She also plays an active role in NAAC and NBA accreditation processes as Co-Coordinator of the IQAC, also involved in organizing Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), seminars, workshops, guest lectures, CSR initiatives, and cultural events and is committed to student mentorship and experiential learning teaching pedagogy. She holds a License and Certification in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and also earned a Certificate in Image Consulting, with training in Image Consulting, Corporate Training, and related professional skills.

Dr. Vinitha Nair

Dr. Vinitha Nair holds a PhD in Management Studies (Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), School of Business Management, Mumbai. She brings over 15 years of combined academic and industry experience, including approximately five years of core HR experience in the private sector. 
She is currently associated with MET Institute of Management, where she teaches Human Resource Management and allied HR courses for PGDM students.
Prior to this, she was associated with SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, for nearly nine years as a Resource Person for the Post Graduate Executive Management Programme, contributing to course design, academic delivery, evaluation, case development, and participant mentoring in the areas of Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Design, and Human Resource Management.
Her research interests include organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, talent management, sustainable HRM, and hiring dynamics. She has published research in ABDC- listed journals and a Springer book chapter on culture, climate, and sustainability in organizations. Her work has been presented at several reputed national and international conferences. Notably, her paper presented at IIT Kharagpur (VGSOM) in 2025 was recommended for the Best Paper Award. She also serves as a reviewer for peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed academic journals, and is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM).
Dr. Vinitha blends rich industry exposure with sustained academic engagement, enabling her to bring practice-based insights and research-driven perspectives into management education.

CA Seema Korgaonkar is an accomplished faculty member at MET Institute of PGDM with over 20 years of experience in teaching, training, and professional practice. A qualified Chartered Accountant, she brings strong expertise in Taxation, Financial Management, Auditing, Accounting, and Corporate Finance. As an Assistant Professor, she adopts an interactive, application-oriented teaching approach, integrating case studies and real-world examples to enhance students’ analytical and problem-solving skills. Ms. Ritu Tuli

Ms. Ritu Tuli had completed her Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Management Studies in Finance, and Master of Commerce in Accountancy from University of Mumbai, and is pursuing her PhD in Management from the same university, and had accumulated over 15 years of total professional experience, comprising postgraduate management education and corporate roles in investment banking and corporate finance. She had worked on various corporate mandates including Mergers & Acquisitions, GDR issues, IPOs, Amalgamations, and Debt Syndication. Her academic interests and areas of specialisation had included Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, Fundamental Analysis, and Project Finance, which she had effectively integrated into teaching, research, and curriculum design through case studies, projects, real-world market applications, NSE- affiliated courses, and live Bloomberg trading sessions. She had mentored students on projects and careers, facilitated NSE-affiliated courses, trained students in live Bloomberg trading, and had actively contributed to academic progression, research orientation, and career development. Prof. Ritu had made significant scholarly contributions through publications in refereed journals, paper presentations at academic conferences and seminars, research supervision, and continuous engagement in faculty development programmes. 
In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities, she had contributed to institutional initiatives including serving as Head – Alumni Relations & Student Council, contributing to Examination Department and developing online examination platforms, accreditation- related documentation as IQAC and ISO committee member for NBA processes, and had received professional recognitions such as World Book of Records (overnight Bloomberg trading session), ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification, multiple NSE certifications, along with roles as paper setter, moderator, assessor, and external panellist for university- level academic evaluations.

Mr. Kiran Rodrigues

Prof. Kiran Rodrigues is an Assistant Professor specializing in Finance with over a decade of academic experience. He holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in Finance from the University of Mumbai and is a UGC NET Qualified faculty member in Management.
His expertise spans courses like Financial Management, Financial Markets & Institutions, Financial Accounting, and Behavioral Finance. He focuses his research on management areas and has published papers and presented at national and international conferences and journals.
Prof. Rodrigues actively participates in workshops on diverse topics including Case Study Writing and Teaching, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Global Deep Finance, Business Analytics, Research Methodology, and Data Mining, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and updated pedagogical approaches in academia.
He is also the Co-ordinator for Certification Courses at MET PGDM and has been awarded as the Active SPOC for NPTEL courses for July- Dec 2025.

Mr. Abhijeet Wairagade

Mr. Abhijeet Wairagade is an experienced marketing professional and academic with over 16 years of industry experience and 3 years of teaching experience. He holds an MMS (Marketing) and BMM (Advertising), along with certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Design Thinking, Generative AI, and Entrepreneurship, and is currently pursuing a PhD. His expertise spans Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Sales & Distribution, Consumer Behaviour, and Generative AI in Marketing. He follows an experiential learning pedagogy, focusing on real-world applications, case studies, and interview readiness. Mr. Wairagade has published research in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals and has presented papers at national and international conferences, earning Best Research Paper Presentation awards and is also invited as guest speakers at many leading institutes in Mumbai. He is actively engaged in industry consulting, corporate training, faculty development programs, and student mentoring, contributing meaningfully to academic and institutional excellence.

Mr. Himanshu Vaidya

Mr. Himanshu Vaidya has completed his Bachelor of Management Studies from C.K.Thakur college and Master of Management Studies from Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management affiliated to the University of Mumbai. He has also qualified the NET management exam in July 2018. He is currently pursuing his PhD from Symbiosis International University in management. He began his career as a deputy manager – Trade Forex with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. However, after a brief stint in the banking industry, he moved into the education industry as an Assistant professor at Lala Lajpatrai College. He also has 2 years of research experience working as a JRF with Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bangalore, Symbiosis International University. Currently he is working with MET institute PGDM as an Assistant Professor in the marketing domain. He carries a total experience of over 7 years combining industry, research and academia. His areas of interest include marketing and consumer behaviour. He has handled subjects like marketing management, services marketing, rural marketing, research methodology, consumer behaviour, etc. He has a keen interest in research. Apart from attending many research conferences and faculty development programmes, he has also published a paper in a Scopus indexed international journal. He is passionate about the teaching profession and believes in making a positive impact on the lives of his students through interactive and enriching sessions and constant guidance and mentoring.

Mr. Ashish Shrivastava

Mr. Ashish Shrivastava is a seasoned marketing and communication professional with close to two and a half decades of rich industry and academic engagement, particularly in the education sector. He holds a postgraduate qualification in Marketing and brings with him extensive experience in strategic marketing, integrated communication, branding, and stakeholder engagement. His professional journey reflects a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, communication strategy, and market dynamics, developed through leadership roles across reputed institutions and organisations.
In his academic role, Mr. Shrivastava has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring students across management and media disciplines. His teaching approach blends practical industry insights with conceptual clarity, enabling students to connect classroom learning with real-world applications.
Beyond teaching, he has contributed significantly to curriculum development, academic planning, industry interface initiatives, corporate training, and institutional branding activities. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he has worked closely with academic teams, industry partners, and students to enhance learning outcomes and professional readiness. His sustained engagement with evolving marketing practices and communication technologies underlines his commitment to continuous learning and academic relevance.

Ms. Sushanta Lahiri

Mrs. Sushanta Lahiri holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) and a Master of Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in Finance. She qualified the UGC–NET in Management in 2017 and is currently pursuing her PhD in Management from Symbiosis International (Deemed) University.She brings together strong industry and academic experience, having worked as a Fundamental Equity Research Analyst with reputed brokerage firms, including Mirae Asset Sharekhan. Her industry exposure has enriched her teaching and research perspective, particularly in the areas of financial markets and applied quantitative analysis. Mrs. Lahiri has over seven years of teaching experience at undergraduate level in colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai, where she has taught courses in the B.Com., BBI, and BMS programs. In recognition of her academic contribution, she was invited as a member of the Board of Studies for the Bachelor of Banking and Insurance (BBI) program at the University of Mumbai in 2024.
She has a keen interest in academic research and has presented her work at several national and international conferences, including the 16th ISDSI–Global Conference hosted by IIM Ranchi and INCONSYM- International Conference hosted by SIBM Hyderabad & SIBM ,Noida.Her primary research interests include market efficiency, financial markets, and sustainability.
In addition to her teaching and research activities, she has delivered some guest lectures and has conducted a pre-conference Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Regression Analysis: A Backbone of Quantitative Research”, reflecting her strength in econometrics and empirical research methods.

Ms. Getaksha Marwaha

Ms. Getaksha Marwaha completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, followed by an MBA with specialisation in Marketing and Human Resources from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and later a Master of Commerce from IGNOU; she also qualified the UGC-NET in Management in June 2019 and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. She has more than six years of overall professional experience, including over five years of teaching at an institute affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and about three months of industry experience as an HR Manager–Training. Her areas of specialisation for teaching includes Marketing and Human Resource Management, and has taught core and advanced subjects in these domains. She has actively mentored students in academics, internships, career planning, and research activities. She had presented several research papers at national and international conferences and has participated in multiple Faculty Development Programmes on topics such as applications of artificial intelligence in research, regression analysis, and advanced tools and techniques in research methodology. She has co-authored a book titled Personality Development and Communication Skills and has completed a one-year Certificate Programme in Brand Management from YMCA, New Delhi.

Mr. Milind Joshi

Mr. Milind Joshi is a seasoned academician and industry professional with 29 years of overall experience, including 17 years in industry and 11+ years in teaching. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Master’s degrees in Commerce and Financial Management, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Finance.
He specializes in Cost Accounting, Strategic Management, and Advanced Excel with VBA Macros, and has played a key industry role in the IPO leading financial companies. His teaching approach is rooted in experiential learning, with a strong focus on practical application and industry relevance.
Mr. Joshi actively mentors students in goal setting, resume finalisation, and interview readiness, contributes to national and international conferences, and participates in faculty development programmes. His institutional contributions include curriculum development, academic coordination, and accreditation support. He is also engaged in corporate training and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with Advanced Excel certification.
