About the Programme

The PGDM (e-Business) programme spread over four semesters thus integrates introductory and advanced e-commerce techniques with the classical management inputs both for analysis and solution of business problems. In the third and fourth semesters, there is emphasis on delivering relevant e-Business tools and solutions to the macro specialisations i.e. Marketing, Finance,  HR, Operations &  Systems as well as micro specialisations like  Advertising, Banking, Insurance, CRM, Supply Chain etc. This helps the students to appreciate the current business practices and delivery systems of industry with whom they will work as a part of their industry-academia interaction. Thus, in the four semesters the PGDM (e-Business) programme will shape the students to meet the challenges of the globalised e-empowered economy by developing their capacities to face the complexities of business worldwide

Are you eligible?

Passed with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in any Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration (in any discipline) from an university recognised by the Association of Indian Universities. Those who are appearing for final year/semester examination can also apply. However, they must produce documentary evidence of having passed the examination, on or before the commencement of the programme failing which their admission will be liable for cancellation. He / She should have passed or appeared for MAT / CAT / MH - CET / ATMA / XAT for the current year.

No. of Seats: 60 (Sixty)

Selection Procedure

Candidates applying for this programme will be selected on the basis of CWT, GD, PI, PAR & WE

 CWT: Common Written Test  200 marks
 GD: Group Discussion  20 marks
 PI: Personal Interview  20 marks
 PAR: Past Academic Record  05 marks
 WE: Work Experience  05 marks

CWT would be for 200 marks, wherein 200 objective questions have to be answered in 2 hours
GD & PI would be for 20 marks each
PAR and WE carries 05 Marks each, the weightage follows:

Note : The Management reserves the right to fix the minimum qualifying marks for each of these components/subcomponents and/or change the components/subcomponents and their weightages.

Fee Structure

Fees  per annum is Rs. 1,89,000/- (Rupees one lac and eighty nine thousand only)
Fees are payable by A/c Payee Demand Draft drawn in favour of  'MET's Institute of Computer Science’ payable at Mumbai.

On being selected the students will have to pay total fees of first year i.e. Rs. 1,89,000/- immediately at the time of admission. Failing which the admission is liable to be cancelled.
