Ms. Bhawana Somaaya the renowned film journalist, recipient of the Mahila Shiromani Award and former Editor of Screen magazine also known for her columns in leading dailies like The Sunday Observer, Afternoon, The Hindustan Times, The Hindu, visited MET Institute of Mass Media on July 15, 2009. She took a guided tour of the Institute and interacted with key MET authorities, staff and students. She was impressed with the available state-of-the-art infrastructure and intellectual capital MET has to offer. Ms. Somaaya has also penned biographies and book on Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malilni.
